Webkey is a full-service web design firm specializing in dynamic, database-driven websites, collaborative project management tools, and online publishing.
Founded in Seattle in 1994 by a reformed architect, Webkey started with the goal of making websites easy for our customers. That vision has survived through booms and busts, and led us into our current core team of partners and employees.
We value trust and transparency with both our clients and employees, and believe that responsibility and respect are our best route to a sustainable company. We have always been committed to having a local team, and all of our employees are based in the Northwest. We do have the flexibility afforded by a digital workplace, but enjoy getting together regularly for collaboration.
Our clients are spread across many states and countries, but always have a direct line to us. We bring value to those relationships by thinking of ourselves as participants in furthering each client's goals, and will work in depth to tackle problems at a root level.
Cory is Webkey's founder, and uniquely combines a decade of green building experience with two decades of experience in database and web design. While not at his desk, Cory enjoys time with his family and friends, hiking in the Cascades and traveling as much as possible.
Though Jordan joined Webkey as a recent college grad, he brought web development experience along all the way from grade school. He enjoys spinning code to create new tools on the web, and learning new programming languages and design ideas. In his spare time Jordan enjoys riding his motorcycle, hiking, and getting out on the water.
Jonny is passionate about innovation, especially in the front-end web. He loves exploring new ways to solve old problems, exchanging with other developers about their advances and making open source tools to ease working with them.
Jackie joined Webkey in 2012 as an admin, and since then has worn many hats for the company. When she's not harassing the team for timesheets and sending invoices, she loves to travel, start (and sometimes finish) house projects, and host a local festival dedicated to tequila and mezcal.
Jake's background in web technologies spans more than twenty years, and he grew up speaking programming languages. He is in an ongoing search for knowledge that drives Jake to learn new patterns, technologies and best practices.
